A Company under the name Kerala State IT Infrastrcture (KSITI) Ltd has been formed for the creation of IT infrastrcture in the State vide G.O.(Ms)No.33/07/ITD dated.12-11-2007. The Company will have 51% share capital participation of the Government. Balance 49% shall be raised from the individuals, financial institutions, IT Companies NRIs and others. The Company will undertake the setting up of Technocity and will also float location specific SPVs for the setting up of IT Parks in Districts. |
